Grapes!  Grapes!  We all LOVE grapes!  Who wouldn’t want to add some grapes to their property?  They are EASY, They're long lasting, disease resistant, edible and useful. Here are our favorite varieties that we’ve ordered again this year for addition to your homestead.

CONCORD - America’s favorite grape. If you love grape juice, then you love Concords. I love using it to give color to my other juices as well. The fruit makes full-bodied juice for canning. Drinking fresh or your own house wine. These vines produce abundant crops that have also been used to make prize-winning jams and jellies. Exceptional hardiness, vigor and disease resistance. Heat-tolerant. Ripens in late September. Self-pollinating. Classic.

CATAWBA - Pink grapes. Popular for table use, canning,  juice, jelly, champagne and red wine. Hardy vines produce large clusters of medium-size, sprietly-sweet red slip-skin fruit. Grapes ripen in late September, for zones 5-7 and the cooler areas of Zone 8. Self-pollinating.

NIAGARA - Some call it “White Concord” because it has the same vigor, productivity and extreme hardiness. Bears big clusters of huge, slip-skin, seeded grapes. Absolutely terrific for fresh eating, jelly or making your own wine. Ripens mid to late September. Makes a beautiful slightly blush juice. Very hardy, super tasty.
