If ordering a whole lamb, you can customize your cuts. Otherwise, you will get the standard cuts which include: chops, roasts, leg of lamb, ground lamb. If you’re wanting specific cuts, please fill out the cut and wrap form below and return it to us ASAP. Here is the form:
Hanging weight for Alice is xxx lbs. Cost are either $7.50/lb of hanging weight for a whole lamb or $8/lb for half a lamb. All pickup of meat will be at Springville Meats at 268 S 100 W in Springville, Utah. We will contact you via email when your meat is ready for pickup as well as inform you what the hanging weight ends up being. Please pick up your meat within 2 days of our email as the butcher has limited room in his freezer to hold your meat. Meat will be USDA inspected and vacuum sealed.
$50 deposit per half. We will deduct the deposit from the overall total once we have hanging weights. If ordering a whole lamb, please purchase both halves to make sure your lamb is reserved for you. As well, make sure to use code "Beeswax" at checkout to avoid a "shipping fee". We do not ship, we just use this platform to organize and take payment.
