If ordering a whole pig, you can customize your cuts. Otherwise, you will get the standard cuts which include: ribs, chops, roasts, bacon, sausage. Hanging weight for Jan is xxx lbs. Cost are either $4/lb of hanging weight for a whole pig or $5/lb for half a pig. All pickup of meat will be at Springville Meats at 268 S 100 W in Springville, Utah. We will contact you via email when your meat is ready for pickup as well as inform you what the hanging weight ends up being. Please pick up your meat within 2 days of our email as the butcher has limited room in his freezer to hold your meat. Meat will be USDA inspected and vacuum sealed. Each half of pig will include 2 tubs of rendered lard.
$50 deposit per half. We will deduct the deposit from the overall total once we have hanging weights. If ordering a whole pig, please purchase both halves to make sure your pig is reserved for you. As well, make sure to use code "Beeswax" at checkout to avoid a "shipping fee". We do not ship, we just use this platform to organize and take payment.
