We have taken a container of apple juice and a couple tablespoons of this mulling spice and enjoyed it every week. Simmer it over the stove and enjoy hot or cold later. What a treat! It's nice to have a warm healthy drink that's not so heavy.
Our own special mix with cloves, nutmeg, orange peels and cinnamon. We just made the package larger because of demand so now it makes 4 or more gallons easily.
