Returns

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. All sales are final. Our candles are handmade items, and some variance in size, weight, and color are expected.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email photos of the product and shipping box to thefarmandhive@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We resolve issues on a case-by-case basis. We want your experience with us to be the best it can be, and the best way to help us do that is to reach out and communicate with us. We're real people!
