Returns and Exchanges


Thank you for shopping at Farm and Hive.  We seek to make sure your experience with us is the best it can be.  However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you.  If there's anything we can do to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, please contact us at thefarmandhive@gmail.com.

Returns

We do our absolute best to ship you your product in a timely, safe and secure manner. Our run time is about a week, that can change due to large increases in orders but usually it ships within max 7 days. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. All sales are final and we offer no guarantees. Know that the color of beeswax varies by batch. If you have a damaged item, you will need to send us photos of the items AND the shipping box to our email address. We can not guarantee native bees since Mother Nature has much more of a hand in it than we do. 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will choose to either replace or refund, It could be a percentage of the price, it could be a brand new item shipped, it will depend on the event and we will use a case-by-case basis to determine the exchange.
 Please email thefarmandhive@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Meat Shipments
We will do everything possible to ensure your meat order arrives as perfect as the moment it leaves our hands here on the farm. Proper wrapping, packaging, labeling and specific day and carrier all are taken with serious note. But once it leaves our farm, we cannot guarantee or replace shipped perishable meat items.
