Barn Quilt Painting Class

with Abby Lyke Hicks of Tweetle Dee Design Co.

June 13th | 10am-5pm

We are so excited to host a barn quilt painting class with the wonderful Abby Lyke Hicks! Join us for top-notch, hands-on instruction and a day full of creativity and community.

Workshop Includes:

• Full-day instruction from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• How to Paint a Barn Quilt tutorials
• Hands-on guidance throughout the day
• Use of the Prairie Paint Collection and paint brushes/supplies
• 22” framed wooden barn quilt board
• Choice of one barn quilt pattern from our collection
• Lunch included

What to bring/wear

This is an outdoor class, so bring a water bottle, camp chair, folding table (if you have a small one) and sunscreen/bug spray. Wear comfortable shoes and layers (June weather is unpredictable here!). An apron or clothes you don't mind getting paint on is a good idea too.

We also recommend that you bring a drop cloth or garbage bag to lay your completed barn quilt on in your vehicle.

Materials

Abby will be bringing her beautiful Prairie Paints for you to use during the class. She will also supply brushes, tape, pens, rulers and wipes.
