This tea is named after my Grandma, who always had a cup of delicious tea for us after dinner and bath time. She'd sweeten it with honey and serve it in a pretty cup, and the memories we made still warm my heart.
Oma's Garden: This is the perfect after-supper tea, combining the relaxing properties of chamomile with digestion-supporting peppermint. Delicious hot or iced.
Ingredients: Chamomile and peppermint leaves. Caffeine free.
Brewing instructions: Use 1-2 tsp per 8oz boiling water. Steep for 3-5 minutes or to taste.
